Ingredients:
1 tablespoon stevia
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons ghee, melted
A pinch of cinnamon, ground
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix eggs with stevia and heavy cream and whisk well.
- Heat up a pan with the ghee over medium high heat, add egg mix and cook until they are done.
- Transfer to 2 bowls, sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve. Enjoy!
