It’s so simple and tasty!

Ingredients:

 
2 eggs

1 tablespoon stevia

1/3 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons ghee, melted

A pinch of cinnamon, ground

Directions:

 
  1. In a bowl, mix eggs with stevia and heavy cream and whisk well.
  2. Heat up a pan with the ghee over medium high heat, add egg mix and cook until they are done.
  3. Transfer to 2 bowls, sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve. Enjoy!
