1 egg, whisked
2 spring onions, chopped
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons almond flour
A pinch of salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
- In a bowl, mix the salmon with the egg and the other ingredients except the oil, stir well and shape medium cakes out of this mix.
- Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add the salmon cakes, cook them for 5 minutes on each side, divide between plates and serve for breakfast.
