It’s a hearty and 100% keto breakfast idea!

Ingredients:

 
1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 cup almond milk

2 tablespoons flax seeds

½ cup hemp hearts

½ teaspoon cinnamon, round

1 tablespoon stevia

¾ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup almond flour

1 tablespoon hemp hearts for serving

Directions:

 
  1. In a pan, mix almond milk with ½ cup hemp hearts, chia seeds, stevia, flax seeds, cinnamon and vanilla extract, stir well and heat up over medium heat.
  2. Cook for 2 minutes, take off heat, add almond flour, stir well and pour into a bowl.
  3. Top with 1 tablespoon hemp hearts and serve. Enjoy!
