Cheesy Turkey Pan
This is packed with healthy elements and it’s 100% keto!
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 big turkey breast, skinless, boneless and cubed
1 tablespoon tomato passata
¼ cup veggie stock
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 shallots, chopped
¼ cup tomatoes, cubed
Salt and black pepper to the taste
- Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add the shallots and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the meat and brown for 5 minutes.
- Ad the passata and the other ingredients except the cheese, toss and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes more.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top, cook everything for 7-8 minutes, divide between plates and serve for lunch.
