This breakfast hash is just right for you!

Ingredients:

 
1 tablespoon Coconut oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

½ cup beef stock

Salt and black pepper to the taste

1 yellow onion, chopped

2 cups corned beef, chopped

1 pound radishes, cut in quarters

Directions:

 
  1. Heat up a pan with the oil over medium high heat, add onion, stir and cook for 4 minutes.
  2. Add radishes, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, stir and cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Add stock, beef, salt and pepper, stir, cook for 5 minutes, take off heat and serve. Enjoy!
