Ingredients:
A pinch of salt
½ cup Coconut flour
¼ cup stevia
1/3 cup Coconut, shredded
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup almond milk
¼ cup Coconut oil
1 teaspoon almond extract
¼ cup almonds, toasted
2 ounces Cacaoa chocolate
Cooking spray
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix Coconut flour with stevia, salt, baking powder and Coconut and stir.
- Add Coconut oil, eggs, almond milk and the almond extract and stir well again.
- Add chocolate and almonds and whisk well again.
- Heat up a pan with cooking spray over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons batter, spread into a circle, cook until it’s golden, flip, cook again until it’s done and transfer to a pan.
- Repeat with the rest of the batter and serve your pancakes right away. Enjoy!
